Knee Osteoarthritis is the 4th leading cause of year lived with disability (YLDs) in women, accounting for 3% of total global YLDs. Knee Osteoarthritis leads to decrease in activates of daily living (ADL). Previous study in Indian settings particularly in New Delhi state reports prevalence of osteoarthritis in female around 3.63% out of the total number of musculoskeletal disorders. Osteoarthritis is the major cause of pain. Quadriceps weakness is the common clinical sign with moderate to severe knee OA and it results in physical dysfunction; however, there is a gab in previous data exist relating quadriceps weakness in early stage of the disease in women.
