PRATHYUSHA KARENGULA

The diagnosing and management of patients with obscure epithelial duct (GI) haemorrhage was difficult for the Dr. till the event of little gut capsule examination and double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE). each of those techniques have revolutionized the management of patients with obscure GI haemorrhage. Detection of lesions like little viscus angioectasia has become attainable with the appearance of capsule examination, and medical aid of such lesions is accomplished with DBE, while not the requirement for intraoperative enteroscopy. The goal of this review is to shed light-weight on the recent paradigm shift to the employment of examination within the diagnosing and management of patients with obscure GI haemorrhage.
