The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacist-led MTM interventions in enhancing patient adherence and improving health outcomes. The study employs a systematic review approach to analyze relevant literature and identify key findings. The findings suggest that pharmacist-led MTM interventions have a positive impact on patient adherence, leading to improved health outcomes. This research highlights the importance of pharmacist involvement in patient care and emphasizes the need for further integration of MTM services into healthcare systems.
