呼吸器学および臨床研究ジャーナル main aim to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the fields of pulmonology research pertaining to the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the lungs encompassing the causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatments and to provide an academic forum for the publication of articles of various forms from research articles, Original Research, Case Reports, Review Articles, Short Communications, Letters, Case Studies, Perspective, Opinion etc.

Scope Categories Includes: Acute respiratory failure, Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis/Bronchiectasis, Emphysema, Interstitial lung disease, Lung cancer,  Pleural Effusion,  Pneumonia, Pulmonary hypertension, Respiratory illnesses, Sleep apnea, Tuberculosis etc.

呼吸器学および臨床研究ジャーナル will be subjected to peer review by the editorial board of the journal as well as by at least two outside experts. In case of conflicting opinions, the editor may review the manuscript himself or forward it to another expert for a final review. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the Editorial tracking system. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission.
